London OfficeWe raised a Preferred Equity piece for a UK property company that was undertaking a sale & leaseback with additional development potential, with a major blue-chip tenant.

Duties involved:

  • Building a financial model to reflect the asset deal
  • Building a financial model to analyse the potential capital structure Identifying and approaching a shortlist of funding partners
  • Analysing competing proposals
  • Negotiating a Joint-Venture Agreement and associated Management / Partnership Agreement

Total Equity raised of £4m (c. 90% of total equity requirement) against gross assets of £12.5m. Three-year facility subject to extension options.
